Shucks, sis. I went to the doc yesterday, and we finally have my blood pressure under better control. The numbers are the lowest they have ever been since they were out of bounds.
I'm going to the fitness place every other day like a religion or some'um.
The next goal is to get a decent night's sleep. This nerve stuff continues to be bothersome.
