I've become a regular at the 24 Hour Fitness Center. I go every other day, so that I'll have a chance to rest up in between.I burn from 450 to 500 calories and then go and sit in the hot pool for about 10 minutes.Color me dedicated.I sure was a cutie when you were born!Love, Paddy
